DESCRIPCIÓN
SUBHIRA QUINTET "Wild Contemporary World Music from Chile" He is Master of the Arts on Composition from the University of Chile. Before that he graduated from the Modern School of Music, in 1995 specializing in ethnic music. On 2011 receives the National Music Award "President of the Republic". On 2015 ends the postgraduate specialization on contemporary classical music.
- He has composed and produced 21 albums, between 1989 and 2022. He has composed for Symphonic and Chamber orchestras, mixed ensambles, electronic music and his different bands ranging from Trio to 15 pieces band. He has composed and scored for TV programs, Documentaries, Films, Theater and Ballet.
- He is regulary touring in his homeland Chile, South and North América, Australia and Europe. Some highlights, "Port Fairy Festival" (Australia 2023) "Knockengorroch" (Scotland 2023), "Vancouver Island MusicFest" (Canadá 2022), "Wasser Music" (Berlin 2011), "Lollapallooza Chile" (2013-2017, 2019), “Womad Chile” (2016), "Babel Sound World Music fest" (Hungary 2016-2017) "Alkantara Fest" Sicilia-Italy (2017), “Sound Symposium”, “Sun Fest” (Canada 2018) among many others.
